Foster - Arrived in Kenya 1926 and was based in Nairobi. In 1930s he acted as Secretary to the CMS Mission to Kenya, appointed honorary Canon Mombasa Cathedral 1934. He was a close confidante of Bishop Heywood. He was transferred to Rwanda in 1936. He died in Nairobi on Good Friday 1940
