Kingsley-Heath - N. Stanton - Brother of famous professional hunter George Barrington. Owner of Bushwackers Safari Hotel off the Nairobi to Mombasa Road. Owned the tame rhino believed killed by Mindu Ngui, himself killed by 'The Man-Eater of Darajani'.
John Grainger - "Hubert (Sehof) Stanton had a game trapping business at Rumuruti, he married Jane, and I would expect (Felix Mick Sehof) George Barrington worked for him and also Kurt Sehof who kept the surname Sehof until he died in Nairobi I think in the 1950s. They used to ship live animals by sea on deck to New York and Europe. Hubert as far as I can remember was H.R. Stanton. After they sold the game trapping business to the Carr Hartley family he started Bushwackers on the Athi River near Kibwezi, a basic camp on the river which was a series of self help bandas made of sisal and makuti. Hubert died at Bushwackers.
