General Information:

Memoirs of Maurice B. Tennent - 1926 - [Lumbwa] - 'in the direction of Kericho were the Wilsons, their two sons and two daughters who lived at Mile 13. Wilson who had recently taken on a PWD job was living down at Lumbwa and I invited him up for the evening occasionally which in due course led to him inviting me back and spending the night at his farm at mile 13. I found Mrs Wilson charming and also her daughter - Noggs - and later I spent a week with John Wilson at Buret Tea Company where Butterfield was in charge.
