Notes: Born to George William Watts and Margaret Hinton, in Brighton, England. He was a twin brother to Ernest Leopold Watts. He was married to Clara Fitzgerald, and together they had two daughters, Sylvia Clara and Dorothy Rose Watts, all of whom deeply mourned his loss during the Great War.
