McLeish for illegally shooting elephants, kidnapping women, murder & dacoity 26/1/1905; sentenced to 6 months' imprisonment with hard labour & fined 500 Rs for kidnapping women 4/3/1905; escaped from gaol with McLeish 8/6/1905; reached GEA border but were returned by Germans, sentenced to a further 6 months July 1905.
