General Information:
Police - He saw active service in France, India and Mesopotamia. After the war he was called to the Bar, left the Police on being appointed a Resident Magistrate in Tanganyika, and later became a Judge of the High Court at Dar es Salaam. Retiring from the Judiciary, he became a partner in a legal firm at Dar es Salaam. He died at Eldoret, aged 63, on January 15th, 1952.
