Gazette - 23/5/1933 - Obituary - His Excellency regrets to announce the death on the night of 18th May 1933, at the European Hospital, Nairobi, of 2nd Grade Assistant Inspector A.J. Blower, Kenya Police. 2nd Grade Assistant Inspector Blower joined the Police Force on 1st January 1931 and by his untimely death at the age of 22 years Government loses the service of a most promising officer.
