Habari 17 - 'I knew his wife before they were married. She was called "Boxer" being over six feet tall and very skinny; hence her name. Wally was over six feet. Can you imagine him as Governor, wearing his full uniform with plumed helmet (now making him well over seven feet) meeting some short ass Uganda Minister including H.R.H.
